Back to 21 day hold transactions??
 

So my eBay account has been making really good sales recently. Went from 200 sales 2 months ago, to 450 sales last month to 145 sales currently this month.

I've also been reaching close to my paypal EU limit. I have submitted documents 5 days ago but it is still pending.

The problem I'm having now is that Paypal sent me an email today saying my transactions will go back to 21 day holds for security reasons :(

Not only that, but my pending withdrawal was cancelled. When I look at the reason, it says either bank rejected it or processing error. Is this because of the 21 day hold being returned to my account or because of my bank account? All my withdrawals have been 72 hours and it's really annoying. I've made another withdrawal which has also gone into 72 hours wait...

My question is, has this happened to anyone else? Or is this normal? Thanks!

It wont be anything to do with your bank account

Holds can always come back

For 72 hour withdrawals your best letting a withdrawal clear, waiting a day or 2 and then making another. Keep doing that and it will eventually become instant withdrawals

Thank you. I submitted documents to remove the EU limit on the evening of 2nd August but they haven't verified it so far..Do you know how long they typically take?

Also do you know why my pending withdrawal just go cancelled? You reckon its to do with the 21 day holds returning? The email did state they brought it back to make sure there are funds in my account(despite me making sure there are funds to pay fees/refunds)
