eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - PayPal do not answer the phone

Wow, that's crazy. They have an automated phone answering system so they must really hate you if they ignored your call. I recommend trying a different contact number.

Paypal does answer the phone, if anything the wait time is the problem where it can be upto over half an hour.

I waited half an hour and then gave up.

A company that does not answer its phone for half an hour presumably wants less customers.

Any alternatives to PayPal out there? Thanks

Terry, it's up to you what you want to do, but if you really need to talk to them, so you know I remember I had to wait over an hour at times.

I know the timing is now better, but still 30-45min can be pretty common with paypal

Never more than 5 mins wait for me in uk...

Plenty of PayPal alternatives, but you need them if you intend to sell on eBay

When I was running my ebay business this would be one of my many gripes with paypal.
