I had an eBay account that was suspended in 2015 for failure to pay selling fees, i moved to a new house, used the same info i used in my suspended eBay account to create a new account, same name, same bank aaccount, same debit card, different home address, and this account has been going strong with any issues

I once called eBay to have my selling limits lifted, they asked if i once had a suspended account, i told them "No", they gave me a 500 selling limits per month, no further question asked

Has anyone experienced this ??

This has happened - I wouldn't say your account is safe from potential future issues since a manual search by an eb agent can very easily see the other account. Get backups going a la stealth method.

Until one day when they do a sweep and BANG! Dead account.

The do them once or twice a year when somebody gets their shorts in a wad.

Make a backup. Or two. Or three.

They let you attach the same card and bank account to two separate Paypals?

That's new....

I was going to say you're fine when I read the part about you moving. I've made "real" accounts after moving before and have never had linking issues. But I've never used all of the same financial information on multiple accounts. If that's truly the case and you've put all the same information on two accounts, with the exception of your address, I'd say your days are numbered.
