I want to work on eBay, but PayPal is not available in my country, what do I do?

Does eBay Stealth help me, and how much money do I need to apply?

Yemen flag, contact an account seller as you could buy an account, or go for a country site nearest to you and make your own, get advice on vpn, you will have some start up costs, bank may be a problem.

Stealth book is a guide and you can follow links to see costs.

Can you get a debit card from your bank?
I'm pretty sure that that's a standard procedure when you have a bank account they'll give you a debit / atm card.
