I dont have a message
 

So about 3 weeks ago I sign into ebay to discover I have a message so i look at them all. But for some reason it keeps telling me i have a mesasge. Ive gone through the mails probably over a hundred times and clicked and reclicked every message, alert and everything else i can find about 20 times. Still whenever I log in it says I have a message. This happen to anyone. My god its annoying. If this has happened to someone please let me know how you stopped it

I have never had this happen, but try clicking select all and mark as read. See if that will work.

LOL yes it happened to me before a few times (couple of years ago)
Ioffer is most annoying at that.... the inbox message always flashes red!

yea feebay does that too with alerts - been doing it for years even after you delet the alert doesnt stop

god its so annoying. Anyway to get rid of it that has worked for anyone.

If you do a live chat with ebay support they can cancel the alert.

just call ebay and im sure they can cancel it. It may just be a glitch in the system.
