Bank account
 

Friends are greetings to all. After reading the book stealth account can not solve one issue on opening a bank account for stealth paypal.
The book does not represent the banks of my country. In my country, you can open a bank account only by coming to the bank branch and it takes a very long time.
Dear friends, can you know how to tie a bank account to your paypal account using other methods? Or will I have to go to a bank where I do not have an account and open an account there?

You will probably need to go to the bank and go through their process. Most other withdrawal methods are cumbersome and unreliable.

Thanks for the answer. Could you please explain to me what VCC is, I saw that on the forum it is sold

A VCC is a virtual credit card primarily used to confirm the shipping address on Paypal accounts. My understanding is they can also be used for certain things on Amazon when making accounts. I'm not aware of any way to withdraw to a VCC. Wait for non-USA members to post. Cards can be used for withdrawals in certain countries but I don't have any information about that.

As far as I know, paypal has forbidden to attach VCC to the account. Now you can attach only a physical (real) map. I'm right?

No, you're not right. Many cards still work, but Paypal doesn't like some of them.

With regard to banks, you are better going through the bureaucracy at the bank, as banks work best with Paypal, you only need to do it once and may be able to open further sub accounts once your main account is open

Most things are different than other. You have to visit your bank and talk about your process
