eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - new ebay/pp stealth account question

One of the reasons I was so happy I moved into a new apartment. YAY new shipping address! Without it I couldn't have things shipped to me unless I had a post office box or a UPS box. Not sure if UPS offers boxes in your country but that is an option to.

Would you think it work if I buy from my stealth account and add a note to the seller to post it to the certain address?
