Ebay Vero 7 DAY RESTRICTIONS
 

Hello everyone,

we have been selling one ebay for about 4 years.

We sell alot of different stuff, today we came on and noticed we had a 7 Day restriction from ebay for selling counterfeit items.

We sell second hand clothes including ralph lauren. We had 3 listings removed by VERO and the account restricted.

We do not believe these to be ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and we do sell alot of them.

Can anyone help. we decided to take the step of removing all ralph lauren from our account after this email came through

In practical terms, no, nothing you can do about 3 listings.

You can spend lots of time and energy and call, complain, appeal, threaten, cajole, mail the rights holder, sue them, etc...

But no, really nothing is going to help.

Welcome to the forums - as dallis indicated, going to be tough to do much - you can complain and deal with eb to try.

Best to get backup accounts going and avoid selling this problem item
