Ebay paypal Verified Doubt

I use a service available in my country that generates as many virtual credit cards as I want from my only bank account.
My question is, can I generate differente VCC's with the same bank account, and become verified on each stealth account using them? Because they will take the small amount of 1,50€ everytime from the same bank account.

Is this service also available in USA or other countries or just in yours specifically?

I still use the old way of creating stealth, so it'd be interesting to learn something new.

There is no way for paypal to know what source is funding the VCC. As long as the VCC has its own unique number and 3 digit code it is a completely separate card and there is no way for paypal to link it to any other.
