Selling high risk items - will this work?

What's up guys, after a fair amount of time lurking I thought I'd see if I can get some advice. Any help is greatly appreciated:). I'll try and keep this brief:

I have a source in the US that works at a sneaker consignment store - basically they specialise in high priced sneakers. I can get limited edition sneakers from him and can sell them on ebay for about ~$200 profit, depending on the shoe. I've ordered stealthbook and it only goes insofar as to say that I should litter a high priced, high risk item in after a month or so and slowly work your way up to that - however it also just flat out recommends to look elsewhere for products.

Right now I have 4 ebay accounts which I'm slowly building up feedback on - I haven't yet started listing my high price items.

My basic rundown is:
I am located in Australia;
My paypals are verified via a prepaid simcard and an ANZ saver account;
I use PureVPN for my IPs;
The shoes are branded items and will be sold between $200-800.

I don't have unlimited access to these shoes but I could potentially get around 10 pairs a week which would be some damn good pocket change.

What do you think is the limit that I could potentially sell on each account? I'm certainly not opposed to making more - just going to test it out first with my first 4 accounts.

Do you think I would be dinged for just listing one pair of shoes each week? 2 pairs per week?

Thanks for any help guys.

If these accounts have been selling for less than 3 months then they've most likely got a category limit of "1" per 30 days in the shoe category.

I don't usually adhere to the "rule of 10" advice but I think it's a good idea in this case. Sell low risk, cheap items until you get at least 10 good seller feedbacks. Once that's in place, list up your cheapest pair of shoes. I would do that on each account you're planning to sell them on since you'll likely only be able to list one pair on each account for now anyway. 30-days later your category limit would reset and you could repeat the process.

By the time you've sold 2-3 pairs of shoes on each account you should be off of your "probationary period" so category limits will be gone. At this point I would keep two active shoe listings, and I would slowly increase my active shoe listings over the next couple of months until I reach the point I want to be at with each selling account.

Wow, you haven't been lurking all that much. There's been three threads like this just in the past week.

I think an $800 sale is going to set off alarms at PP, and the name brand limited edition is going to excite VERO at EB.

These accounts need to be aged a lot more and accumulate some intermediate price trouble free sales before going up that high.

Vero is another thing altogether, and no amount of aging or history will prevent that.
