Just give up and eat the scams like dallis says.....or do something about it and file a police report for fraud and theft and get your money back.

Why don't you start recording your return package on video, with tracking numbers and everything on video. Talk a little bit also like them youtubers. :)

Stop accepting returns, I think you are too nice.

Yes that TOP RATED SELLER rating is actually more of a curse. I may not know the whole story but hope you have better luck. Keep striving!

You have 60.000 feedback, I'm sure this is not the first time this happened, perhaps it has happened a lot in accumulation to you.

And no matter how experienced we are, this type of situation can get to us, so I understand. My suggestion is for you to try and shift your mindset and play the loss:profit ratio in your head. As long as your Wins are much higher than your losses, you are good.

If you have the energy and man power to go after these scammers, please do.

Just a thought...in addition to filing a police report, perhaps look into having a law firm send out a letter to the buyer threatening court action, and mention that a police report has (or will be filed.) You might be able to find a firm willing to send a letter out free or very inexpensively....wishing you all the best.
