Does eBay/Paypal still give you shipping labels on credit?
 

I haven't sold on eBay since they split from paypal, but I'm going to start again.

In the past, when you printed shipping labels through Paypal while your money was in a 21 day hold, they still allowed you to make shipping labels and you were able to pay once the 21 day hold was done.

Is that still the case?

When you print on eBay, it gives you the option to pay for them after the funds have become available.

I haven't seen that option on PayPal yet.

I haven't seen that option in a while now, it once was available through PP, but I think it's been gone for a while.

but I use a third party print labels these days.

I attempted to print on a stealth account yesterday which the funds were held, after I signed up for the billing agreement, normally the page will fail and when you try to reprint on ebay it will give you the option to pay now or pay later, I selected pay later and it would not work. A verified paypal was required to use the pay later option.

Anyone else observe this behavior?
