Hello ,
Im selling on ebay for about a year.Recently i drop below standard on US but next month ill be above again.
My ranking is terrible.I hardly appear on the first page when there are 70 80 items on this keyword.
I check my ranking on Uk as well and i can also see that is bad however on UK im top rated seller.
My question is do you think all this happen because im below standards?
If thats the case i dont think this affect my UK store even if im selling from the same account.But why the reanking on UK is also pretty bad.
PS. im more active on US on UK i have some listings and i upload every now and then but i dont think my ranking should be that bad there .
Any comment on this?

Yes, that is correct. the best way is to get your standings to above standard.

I HIGHLY suggest you read the stealth guide. It will definitely help you a lot!

And what you think about UK is us below standar affect this also?Also the link you sent me is not opening .

Some people say falling below standard doesn't matter in your rankings, but I've always found it has a devastating impact, and I've often found that my listings never rise back to the top, even months after I've come back up above standard.

As far as why things are different in the US and UK, I doubt anyone really knows, even the coders who write the site.

below standard can be devastating in some catagories and other snot so much.

One thing you can do to trick the system is run auctions and use short fixed price listings such as 3 day and 5 day.

So you are saying my ranking will never be like before ?
Have you gone throw below standard and what you did to improve your ranking?
Maybe to buy a stealth account is a solution?

It does take a while. And this is why we have extra accounts. But extra accounts also take a while to build up. So personally I just buy them and start selling.

To have a first page usually is you have to sell consistently and consistently add new items, make sales. So it should be an increasing activity and result.

And this is somthing you have to spend time to build.

It really isn't at all useful for your situation....you're talking about sales and techniques, the guide only teaches you how to make accounts in phake info. It's only useful if you want to make more accounts, and everything in it can be easily picked up in the forum if you want to take the time to read it. The principals are pretty basic but if you're lazy you can just pay for the guide and create accounts overnight, but it will still take a long time to raise your sales rank even on a new account.

dallis is consistently negative about everything related to eBay, so I'd take his word with a grain of salt.
