Hi folks
How do I automatically send buyers messages.

ive tried a few ways to be honest and they haven't worked.

Can you help?

What type of messages?

One just thanking them from buying from you or asking them to leave feedback?

I believe subscribing to a basic eBay shop should do the trick. Alternatively if your running multiple accounts, consider something like Inkfrog.

What you want to do is simply edit the "Purchase confirmation and shipment emails" to suit your requirements. :thumb:
