Default Opps! Below Standard - Need Advice

Hello guys!
Unfortunately, cases closed without seller resolution rate is 0.34 now, and the level is below standard in the US. Evaluation is based on 12-month.
I need around 230 sales this month, but it seems impossible.
What do you suggest me other than listing low priced items?

If your account goes below standard, you might get a temp suspention, but it really depends. What were the cases regarding? If it had to do with slow shipping or something out of your control, you might want to call eBay and see if you can get the rep to remove the defect(s) if you ask nicely.

If you can't dilute the defect average down with future sales, then in a worst case you will just wait out the suspention if it does happen.

Start a new back up account in the case this one tanks. Would you hit a projected amount of 20k and 200 sales?

There are only 3 defects and if one of them is removed, everything will be fine.
The last defect happened because of an ignorant buyer or a scammer. Customer opened a return request and said that the item has not English option, in fact it has, and I tried to guide him how he can activate English language on the item, but he always said that he never received any messages of me, then asked ebay to step in while I was sleeping :( You know, I'm in Turkey, and such returns are nightmare if the buyer far away from me.

Finally I accepted the return request, checked the item, and there is English option. I contacted to customer support by email, but got no response. I will try to call them as soon as possible.

If your not willing to deal with the returns, eBay probably isn't the place for you.

Yeah, but his are cases closed for no response.

You should NEVER allow a case to close without resolving it. This was entirely avoidable, and you did it 3X, you didn't learn after the first two.

Hope for the best, but make backup accounts and start over as well.
