The last defect happened because of an ignorant buyer or a scammer. Customer opened a return request and said that the item has not English option, in fact it has, and I tried to guide him how he can activate English language on the item, but he always said that he never received any messages of me, then asked ebay to step in while I was sleeping :( You know, I'm in Turkey, and such returns are nightmare if the buyer far away from me.
Finally I accepted the return request, checked the item, and there is English option. I contacted to customer support by email, but got no response. I will try to call them as soon as possible.
