To withdraw your funds out of a US paypal account you need to add a US based bank account.
Youre in the UK - why not simply go with a UK account instead? wouldnt it make things simpler for you?

I fully understand your point, however I want to trade in another market other than UK.
So trading in another country I need bank account from that country?

Depends on the Country....but for USA, you need a US Bank Account...and no, you can't add a UK bank account to a US PayPal.

You can buy UK paypal and UK ebay and use the sign in details on the other market you are intending to sell (e.g. ebay.com) and start selling there using your UK ebay and Paypal account.

I could be 100% wrong, but wouldnt he have to start selling on UK first then it'd let him do another eBay?

Your best option would be get a US eBay and a UK PayPal combination going.

You could. But as another member mentioned, you'll need to have built some history on the UK platform first, before they let you venture out.
