Back on ebay after several bans

I've been banned on ebay several times over the past few years.

Here's how I got back on ebay without any issues:

1) Buy a Fresh IP from IPBurger.
2) Purchase a prepaid card online- entrpoay, neteller, etc.
3) Sign up as normal on ebay- new e-mail, phone number, address, etc
4) List your first item.
5) Link your new paypal with your new card.
6) And you're good to go!

NOTE: CLEAR ALL COOKIES+HISTORY BEFORE DOING THE ABOVE STEPS.
