Searched the forum. Only found old stuff. Did eBay do away with buyer requirements? I cant find it anywhere.

that has no link to where you can actually do it. Been there.

you used to be able to click on site preferences and ban people who didnt have paypal or buyers in countries you didnt want to send to etc. Pretty sure its gone now. Cant find it anywhere.
