Company registration on ebay.
 

Hi everyone.

OK guys i have really big question and can not find answer.. Please help!

I was banned on ebay and PP years ago.
was running business with my mate together but he want to leave the business.
the problem is that everything is on his name (ebay+PP).
I want to open Ltd company and buy his (name) ebay and keep running it as ltd company.

Does anyone know if you registering as LTD company on ebay & PP does they need my name or just a companies details?

Also can other company buy other's ebay business?

There have been some other posts in the past about transferring of companies already on eB. Other people with experience will post up I figure.

I have searched all evening guys over this forum but could not find any info.
I have bought stealth guide 18 months ago so VIP has expired now.

I just need one answer if you registering as LTD company on ebay & pp do they ask for your name?

i think that you're over thinking the matter, as long as your new Paypal hasn't been attached to a new account it really shouldn't matter that you take over the entity
