AS of today im at 13% late shipment rate she was working on it tuesday,
off wednesday,
and i have 8 negative feedbacks calling me a scammer, liar, etc
i had 53 messages today, about 5 of them wanted me to cancel due to too many negative feedbacks this month
yet ebay says it doesnt matter? I tired to hide my feedback until they can fix it ( the defect department actually told me to wait until next week because its easier than doing few here and there )
tried to hide my feedback, it pops up if you hide it you cant list? wtf

easier to do a few here and there lol. screw them. Tell them to do each and every single one NOW

Only buyers can have private feedback, not sellers. It would defeat the purpose of the feedback system if sellers could hide their feedback.

If you ever have someone buy from you with private feedback, BLOCK THEM immediately. They're either 1) a scammer who's hiding their scamming history, 2) a lawyer doing test buys for a company, or 3) a competitor who doesn't want you seeing they've bought 50 of the same item from different sellers.

But yeah sellers aren't allowed to have private feedback. Buyers shouldn't be allowed to either. It hides information a seller should be entitled to see which could prevent them from being defrauded. Private feedback is stupid.

You should stop selling until the hurricane issues are resolved and your ability to fulfill orders becomes reliable again.

I understand it's not your fault there's a problem, but it is your fault that you're taking orders and not being able to properly and promptly get them to the customer.

Put your shop on vacation and try to get the negs removed in the interim but don't dump any more gasoline on a fire.

Not everyone has a store to put on vacation. And not everyone can afford to go days without sales, when sales have already been slow, and after ebay and paypal and etc has taken their 18%. If someone buys something from Florida, I"m pretty sure they should be knowledgeable enough to know we are going through the biggest atlantic hurricane in recorded history.

Lots of us have accounts with their address in a different state other than where it's actually shipping from... Keep that in mind!

Although you can fix this issue by changing your "ship from" zip code, but I don't do that because I believe it's another way to possible link accounts and don't want to touch it.

Me personally, I stick to accounts in my State......I don't care for City wise, just as long as I make em in the same State, I'm good.

Since I don't create my accounts I don't really have that option, but most of them are a state or two by my actual home state so delivery times are usually on point. I've only had 1 complaint about the shipping from address since I started stealth.

You know you don't have to use the SAME ship from zip code right? No way they'd be able to link you in that situation

I know how to create my own accounts, but no need too when there's plenty of people in the marketplace. Why do you believe that's an issue? Especially if you run the accounts correctly, I don't need to go to the marketplace very often at all.

As a resident of a hurricane-prone coastal state I can say with confidence any category 4 hurricane is a much bigger problem than not being able to create stealth eBay accounts.

Agreed. I'm about to get hit hard tomorrow morning.

No need to come and attack me about that. Some people clean up their house daily, and some people pay for a cleaner once a week. I go for the easier route of having it ready for me even if it costs me a very low investment

Much easier to make an account and let it age for a couple months/years than pay hundreds of bucks to buy one that's 2 months old. lol.

More valuable account too, get's rid of catagory limits as long as you make 1 sale.

$50-70 investment isn't too bad.
