Ebay Suspened

Yo, My ebay just got suspended,

Prior to that, I just got 2 payments,

Should I still ship the item and upload tracking to paypal or just refund the money?

BTW , can I get this **** reinstated

It got suspnded after I got a bull**** neg review because i Refunded a payment -_-

im asking from customers point of view, if they see my acc suspnded wouldnt they think im a scammer or something

If they paid you should ship. Otherwise you're a thief.

And you don't get suspended for one negative review, so your story is highly suspect.
