Ebay BEST OFFER removal - new app
 

Hi,

I have recently listed around 40 items and noticed that I started getting best offers in - annoying! No option on revise or list to turn this off on the new eBay app.

I signed in on my laptop and was able to list a new item and remove the best offer option... however i could not revise my items already listed.

Does anyone know how on earth i can list items now on a phone without using best option?

Does anyone know how I can avoid ending and having to start all my listings from scratch?

How annoying! I hate best offer :(

Sometimes I could not even remove the best offer option using laptop. Not sure what was happening:

I read some stuff on google saying that eBay were pushing best offers now... the thought of taking pictures, transferring them to my laptop to list makes me want to cry! Surely there must be another way :/

I would suggest to remove listing and relist them without best offer option. only those listings you can't remove while they are active.

Even when I relist it does not show me the option to remove the best offer

You can only list items without best offer but using the advanced form. So not via the app, it's ridic

how about canceling those auctions and use what ever listing service you have and do a mass update and take off those best offers?

it should be there in the advance listing settings. I was annoyed by this also because the quick list setting does not seem to have a way to get rid of it.

The iPhone app doesn't have an option to use advanced settings. it's made me so mad! Takes so much longer now transferring the pictures to my mac. ARGH -

If you're unable to remove it, why not just adjust your max/min automatic offer settings?

For example, I set mine to auto-refuse anything lower than $4.98, but accept anything above $4.99... if it sells then yay, but either way I don't waste time declining crappy offers.

Yeah, I didnt think about using the iphone app. My solution was strictly from PC

You know what I do when I get best offers and I don't want them example
Listing for $10
Offer for $8
I counter at $9.99
Pisses them off and stops them lol
