Linking A Savings Account To Paypal

Hi and thanks in advance for any help

I have just linked my stealth paypal to a new unused bank account. Its a savings account, which I thhought was Ok to use. Ive got an email back from paypal saying I cant make purchases with this linked bank account.

I dont want to make purchases, just use it to set up and maybe draw paypal funds to. Do I need to get a different bank account linked, a current account?

You can withdraw to it

You cant make purchases from it
