OP probably isn't a US citizen. That's the only way for the question "how do I get an SSN?" to make any sense.
@OP - I think it's easier for those without a birth-given SSN to get an ITIN from the IRS rather than an EIN. If you're a US citizen it's easy - just go apply.

That's one of this forums biggest problems, people use the US Flag but in reality they are in other Countries....they need to use the flag of the Country they reside in.
