Is this for eBay? If it is, when I called in, they just wanted to know about my business, what it was and how I did things. Basically. Didn't ask much personal info. But that was 3 years ago, if they ask a question you can't handle, you could hang up or pretend that you are losing signal and then take time to prepare your answer and phone back in :)
