 "U" Bank Account?
Has anyone in the UK used the 'U bank Account', was just doing a search on easy bank accounts to open - I've recently moved to a new build which is proving difficult to open a new bank account at this address - I've tried opening a current account with 3 different banks now which have asked for more proof of identity asking me to bring my ID and proof of address into a branch. Ive opened a few banks at my old address with no problems at all so I'm assuming its due to the new address not yet being fully registered in their systems.
I found a website called U account which claims to let anyone in the UK set up a bank account within a few minutes. Obviously very wary of this but its a legit website and says you will receive a MasterCard debit card in the mail. Theres lots of reviews online - some good, some bad. Just curious has any one used them for a bank account?
For all my bank accounts for my stealths as soon as the money goes in I transfer either to my main current account or my savings account so I wouldn't be having money just sitting in this account anyways.
