I don't have an eBay store, i currently have a 6000/$50k selling limit

Can i promote my listing or do i need to have an eBay store to do that ??

is this just the first time you list on that account? if not, then you don't need to have an eBay store subscription in order to promote your listing.
i just subscribed to the store for the discounted eBay fee

Listing can only be promoted by sponsoring it. This option is only available when subscribing to the store.
