How to sell brands on eBay?
 

There is a well known retail outlet store that sells brands at *DIRT* cheap prices. Not all branches have. But some will have many brand names like Ralph Lauren and others.

All brand spanking new and tagged.

I've had a lot of success buying and selling on eBay.
Problem: you're happily selling and one day eBay will come and remove the listing.

- They think its ⊗⊗⊗⊗
- Other parties or other factors have influenced (like competitors logging in and reporting ⊗⊗⊗⊗)
- Or the brand owner themselves (though an agent) submit a complaint and have removed

What 'hidden rules' are there for selling brands?

What I know:

- Account needs to be established and have selling history.
How much selling in quantities? I don't know.
How long does account need to be established? Not sure.

It's like eBay have a warning radar system: new account selling brands?? HECK, we need to look at this one! Whereas, if an established seller - nah... we don't need to look at this one.

- If you copy what's existing - in style of listing and similar language - eBay will pull the listing themselves. So you need to be original + give loads of photos and say where the item is from (you don't have to reveal your buying source though)

You'll need receipts basically.

And there are also companies that don't want you selling their stuff too.

These so-called "hidden rules" for selling brands is unlikely to be shared by the people who have good success (for obvious business reasons) and also not out in the open like this where these "rules" could be ruined to death

So give them the TK MAXX receipts or make the invoices.
