Sending bulk messages through eBay?

Hi all,

Is there a way to send bulk messages to customers on eBay? For example, I often like to contact them all say a week after their order just to check all went OK and they received their item, and a reminder to leave feedback. I used to do this one at a time, but this this new seller hub thing I find it is taking even longer than before. Is there a way to do it in bulk?

I believe one of the auction managers like auctiva has an option where it'll send the buyers an email after x amount of days.

I don't use it myself, but you may want to look at auctiva if they still have this oprion
