This board is all about stealth. If you have not already done so, get the Stealth Guide and read about how to start with new eBay & PayPal account.
You need to start out with new accounts carefully, meaning going SLOW and selling low risk items in small quantities. You will NOT be able to do big sales right away, let alone for risky items. If eBay doesn't stop you, PayPal certainly will. Use proper STEALTH techniques, however, and you will be fine.
