haha I see those edits :P ovh maybe, but could be overabused IP wise o.o but the quebec side should be good

Why not just create your own windows user accounts and then concentrate your funds on getting a proper and solid IP solution (as opposed to the one youd get from a VPS provider which will most likely be a shared and recycled IP).

well, because i always worked on vps..and everything was fine...
now i tryed vpn for the first time and something went wrong ...i opened first time after turn on vpn on new windows user acc and first page i opened was check ip..and i saw my old i.p. then i turn my new i.p. on..but i don't know was it good idea to open my ebay acc after that, because i may needed to clean cookies after opened i.p. checker with old i.p.(hopefully i won't be suspended...damn(with vps it's sooo much easy(now i'm scared of loosing my account(:doh:
