Credit/Debit Card Question

If I open a business bank account, for example, business name is ABC LLC for ex. and the owner name is John Smith. If the card number/bank account and business name is brand new to PayPal, can't I just use that credit/debit card that they give me since PayPal just asks for the card number, expiration, etc but doesn't ask for the name on the card?

Paypal will check the address on the card so that will also need to match

The billing and the zip code has to match whenever you add a debit or credit card to paypal.
