Category limit
Sounds like a dumb question for an ebay seller with more than 3 yrs of experience but my selling limit just got moved up a slot a year ago and I'm now seeing a category limit on one of the clothing item. How shall I go to get it removed? |

I'm allowed to relist an item in the same category but unable to create a new listing. How does this game play? |

It plays just like you see.
Whatever the category limit is, that's what you have to live with. No way around it unless you open more accounts.
Not all clothing categories have these limits, you must be doing name brands or designer. |

Odd, but I suppose it could be, in any case nothing you can do except open more accounts and list to the limits on them as well. |

I do it, and so do lots of people, my worst ETY does 10X the volume of my best EB account. |

Call eBay selling limit support and ask them. Sometimes they only let you sell a few units every 30 days for the first few months, then the restrictions are removed. |

E-chat sometimes you can SE them to remove it for 24 hours but risky. |

| No, it's not a dumb question. The people who say / think that this is dumb is ignorant themselves and they don't even know it. Trust me, I had to deal with 2 today alone.
Now to your question:
When you say category limit, is it on that one specific brand?
If it's not, then maybe it's time to start using multiple accounts again.
You can also call / chat eBay rep if you are brave and see if they'd remove the limit, or let it play out and see if it goes up again. |
