Attempting to list 1st item for sale on my stealth account, but it won't post.
 

Hi everyone!

My new stealth account (ebay+ppl) are up and I've browsed on ebay for a week with no bidding.

Here's the issue:

When I click 'List item' after filling out the selling details (price, shipping, etc), I am rerouted to the main selling page inviting me to create a listing. The item I was trying to list has now been saved as a draft.

I have tried to list from the saves draft but it reoutes me to the same main selling page. I have also deleted the draft and started over, thinking that might work, but no luck.

I created this account and followed the stealth book to the letter with a new user on my desktop, new ip address thanks to my modem being switched off and on, new phone # (verified, bought a cheap new phone from walmart), new address, prepaid debit visa, and new bank account ( verified).

Any thoughts on why I'm having this listing problem? A Google search turned up some others with this problem but with no solution.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Could be a glitch, people have been reporting all kinds of weird stuff happening. I would wait 1-2 days and see if it will let you list successfully.

About your issue, have you tried using auctive or inkfrog to create and post your listings?

At least your first month is free with them

Got it solved. Did an online chat with ebay. They said my account was on hold but the rep lifted the hold right then. My stuff posted for sale right after the conversation

What's the purpose of that section? I see the same questions being asked in there that are being asked on the public forum. Doesn't seem to be much traffic there, either.
