quick security pop up but cant add phone number
 

i just tried to buy item on ebay but quick security check pop up

there is 2option text or call us , i tried to add phone number (registered paypal and verified) but pp not allow phone number not under paypal registered name)

what can i do with this security things?

any experience ?

It's because they don't recognize the device. It might disappear in a few days but very low chance. If you have no access to the phone number on the account your only option is to call paypal support, they will probably ask you to upload proof of identity document though.
