Stay in Europe but accounts are in US
 

Hello everyone,
I would like obtain a ebay and paypal accounts to sell is US.
I could not find a step by step instruction how can do it. All the time I stay in Europe.
Could Ebay/paypal identifi my ID and close / block my accounts?
I need a links, guidelines, please.

First off, you should really consider getting the Guide since it will address many of your questions, especially how to safely operate your stealth accounts from ANYWHERE in the world.

Since you are overseas, and you use USA PP, you naturally will need access to a US IP address. One that is recommended on the forums and used by many here is Fresh IP. Most VPN services recycle their IP addresses, which get used and abused, making them unsuitable for stealth.

Just having a proper IP is not enough, you need to change the way you operate, esp. if you plan on using more accounts later on. This is where the Stealth Guide comes in, it will help you get started.
