Selling limit

Do i have to link a vcc immediately when am creating an ebay stealth account so that i can get a higher initial selling limit or it does not really matter whether you link it immediately or not ( it doesn't affects your selling limit).

I like to complete my accounts by verifying practically everything before I start using it to sell. My logic is if I were eBay and I see someone trying to use my platofrm with incomplete info, I'd be suspicious.

So I'd rather complete it first.

Also I do recommend you grab the stealth guide . It's an amazing read and it'll change the way you use eBay in a very good way
