Don't sell counterfeit, unlicensed or high risk items.

Got to agree with the above.

If you get suspended or banned it's usually because you did something stupid. Not always. But usually.

IMO the #1 reason other than out right criminality why people get banned are for being lazy.

They're too lazy to research for good items to sell so they try to cut corners by selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and replicas.
They're too lazy to follow up on customer service issues so something that can be fixed easily gets escalated into cases.

There's lots of reasons for getting limited/suspended.

If I were to give the top 2 reasons, it would be:
1. Selling high risk items.
2. Selling too much, too quick on a single account.

For example, if you start listing ⊗⊗⊗⊗ for brands that do their own distribution so there are no legit wholesalers for those brands, and you send in ⊗⊗⊗⊗ invoices for that brand, that's just asking to be banned.

Mostly electronics, but if you have the permission or license to resell them, i think there would be no problem.

All you guys are just full of it. LOL, You guys sell under an assumed name with a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name on paypal but tell people NOT to sell "⊗⊗⊗⊗" goods, I sell some items from Hong Kong, that are far superior to the originals that are trademarked and sell a bunch of them to the people who are the rights holder of the item. Go figure.

Whoever shalt try and pass off phakes as the real deal, is a piece of sh*t.

It's in the bible!

I for one sell real products.

I don't pretend it's something it isn't, so nobody bothers me crying 'phake'.

money is money, just like holes are holes, just the way of life, doesn't matter how you get it, cause when you have it, it's worth something.
