Limited on PayPal with 150$, I WANT TO REFUND ALL OF MY BUYERS through eBay
 

Will it hurt my eBay account? My PayPal got limited with 150$ but not my eBay account, and I want to cancel around 20 orders through my eBay account because of that, it will make a red flag or something?

Presuming you want to do that so you can add a new paypal and get them to place the orders again? This is a bad idea. You may get away with it in the short term but ebay/paypal share info and soon enough it will catch up with you.

Was your paypal limited for selling activity or did you hit the selling limits?

Cancelling 20 orders will likely raise a lot of alarms OP.

Evaluate your business model before applying stealth principles to create new accounts. Understand why you were limited.

I have my suspicions but up to you to clarify what exactly happened.

If the PP's limited, for all intents and purposes the EB's burned too.

You could add a gift card I suppose and try to refund with that as your payment source... I'm not sure if that would work.

Your PP's probably already been removed from the EB account automatically, hasn't it?
