Credit Card & PayPal HELP
I got a new bank account with 2 new business bank debit card. The bank account is registered under me and my partners name (both of our real full names are suspended on eBay) The stealth eBay, PayPal, & Business are all registered under a stealth name and works fine with the bank with chose. The address for our Stealth eBay and PayPal are the exact match to our bank account address and zip. Can I use the debit cards the bank provided us since the AVS System will only check for matching street address and zip? or am I missing something?
PS: I know the guide says use a VCC or Gift Card to bypass AVS but I didn't see anywhere in the guide stating this scenario. *read guide 3-4 times up and down* |
