auto msg the buyer

I am thinking of auto msging a buyer after they buy an item.. just to say pls allow 5-7 days for delivery dont leave bad feedback and contact us etc..

is there a tool to do this outside of ebays seller pro manager?

is this a good idea? anyone tried it?

basically i want to stop buyers msging me 1 day after delivery and wait 5 days.. and also if they have any issues i want them to ontact me instead of opening a case...

You can autorespond via your email provider.

However, in general, the less excess contact with buyers the better. EB already sends them a flood of emails when they purchase, and frankly it's annoying.
