so ive contacted inkfrog rep and asked him this

"ok tell me tehse two things:

do you share all the ip address which I use to login to inkfrog?

do you share the list of all ebay accounts which I have linked to inkfrog?"

and the reply was

"Hello,

Yes it is possible for eBay to see both of these."

what the hell?? am confused, Also some people said there is an option to tick to stop data sharing, where is this option I dont see it in settings?

just contact them again

"this is very important can you double check with your technical team please

1. do you store are share ALL the ip address which I use to login to inkfrog? (not just when i get the token but all the ips after that too)

2. do you share the list of all ebay accounts which I have linked to inkfrog? and ebay can see they are all linked to one and same inkfrog account?"

REPLY:

"Hello,

eBay can absolutely access all of this information if they wanted to.

We do not intentionally mask or hide any information from eBay regarding IP addresses or multiple eBay usernames.

This can all be accessed through the API connection if eBay wants to view the information they can."

Such claims I would want in writing.

That said I do not use inkfrog.

But spoken claims from any employee are not high on my list of believing.

Have you thought of contact inkfrog and getting their comment.

The answer I have been told is

1. no

2. no, but inkfrog tags your pics with inkfrog account #, so if eBay really wanted to they can link your accounts that way

I am looking for the box to untick for inkfrog not to share information with eBay! There is only these under "Account" section.

Why would they share YOUR ip?

Directives go through an inkfrog server, so that doesn't make any sense.
