Shipstation Question
 

I've been exploring shipstation and I finally made an account in order to manage my future 15+ stealth accounts (im currently at 5). All of my stealth accounts have inaccessible addresses, therefore I have to resort to Shipstation.

From what I've been reading, I see that people either:

a) include a return label inside the package to their real address incase of returns
b) email them the return label to your real address when they ask for a return

If I created manual orders on shipstation and changed my return address on there to match my real one, would eBay be able to detect this change if I manually uploaded the tracking number to eBay which I got from Shipstation?

I'm very new to Shipstation and the whole interface and everything is very foreign to me, I apologize in advanced if this was too noob of a question.

You don't need to apologize, this forum is here to help people.

The rule is as long as a company doesn't belong to eBay or PP, it's pretty safe to have your real address with them, as long as they don't submit it.

So the Shipstation system should be safe for you to use. You can print out a return label and put it in your package, this is the easiest for those customers.

Youll get use to it pretty quick. They have superb customer service.

As far as returns, I go with the option B. If Someone asks for a return label, I send them a label , which goes to a po box address, which has not been linked to any ebay accounts. My personal one has.

Personally, I wouldn't be bothered by using my real address. Never in over a year have I encountered someone questioning this.
