Are you able to create stealth payment gateways for ebay?

So i recently got my paypal suspended but my ebay account is in good standing, is there a way I can create a STEALTH payment gateway account such as cybersource, authorize.net or payflow? thanks in advance

Reading the forums lately and some people say that they use authorize.net as a payment gateway for their accounts but I'm not sure if they're stealth or not. Some say that you need to provide tax id ssn and get vetted so I'm not sure how to use my eBay accounts that got their paypal limited
