The true gold standard is pre Nov. 2007 US accounts since those were grandfathered in to not have to use Paypal.

Just if you wanna have a lot of transactions!

Its mandatory to offer PayPal as a form of payment for items sold on eBay UK. I would presume its the case for US too.

Since people have grown accustom to it, they'd expect sellers to accept it.

Shiit! I keep forgetting about these pesky flags and other countries lol

In the US it is not mandatory to use Paypal. But your sales are highly likely to be very low... depending on your niche.

It is a good account IF it's been active this WHOLE TIME. If it's been sitting gathering dust...well, then it becomes just like a new account needing to be cradled into existence

Is Quick the name of the account? :boink:

Or, quick, could I have a reply please? :pound:

No eBay account is really good if it has not been run correctly. 2010 was not the cut-off year. Was two years before, in my experience.

In the USA, accounts prior to 2007 were grandfathered in to exclude the need for PayPal. They are pretty darn good.

Not been the same love affair across the pond. LOL.

You need to check how the feedback happened. Don’t be buying to find 80% buyers FB and 20% sellers.

I knew your account is UK. I have known you for some time. :)

Then the account has to earn status as a selling account.

I discussed in your other thread about UK accounts.

Thanks mate

This is what i want to try

Mine and my wifes paypal accounts are in really good condition no limitations or nothing, what i want to do is just create a new paypal to attach to my wifes ebay ? only my ebay is limited nothing else and slowly down the line i want to change the details on my wifes ebay account to match my new paypal details

Note, none of the details on my new paypal account will be same as my old paypal

so the end goal it to have my wifes ebay details same as my new paypal if that makes sense you think this would work/
