List up to your limit each month and stay on top of customer service, and your selling limits will quickly be raised. Ebay wants you to grow but they want you to first prove you're a responsible seller. You could have an item limit of 50 in the next month if you do an excellent job handling your account.
It's all about customer service.

Yea, that really is the safest way, you can risk a call and plead your case for higher limits, but that may backfire. Sometimes if you get a good Ebay rep they will raise it, others may ask you more verification questions that may trip you up

I'd suggest you run 5 stealth accounts now. Don't try to request for a higher selling for NEW accounts. You might get flagged. By using multiple accounts, you can achieve your desired sales. All the best! Goodluck.

I suggest NOT.
OP is brand new to stealth. let him learn correctly for a few billing cycles.
Then he can start with the backups.
I totally agree with multiple accounts.
But my favorite old saying
Learn to walk before you can run

Also understanding how eBay and PP operates is very important for you to learn how to survive. Knowing how to make an account per the stealth guide is one thing, making it last and flourish is another.
KNowing how to do both will maximize your return for sure.
I do understand when Greenbean say master running one account first before going for multiple. But I think if you are motivated you can learn how to do that with our assistance rather quickly as long as you do what we say.
THen it's just a matter of replicating it per account with minor maintenance in between accounts.
I'd say do it correctly for a week, but already have a couple of back up accounts made.
