Bit of a long shot but is there some software or website out there that can check which names have been suspended or blacklisted on eBay and paypal?

John Smith has been blacklisted. More than one of them.

I dont think you understand how this works with this type of question. A name alone can not be banned from ebay.

I imagine near enough every name has been banned at some point.
