Trouble with docs

Hey, thanks for reading in advance

So basically it's probably been 2 and a half weeks since my docs have been under review.

Is this normal? What can I do

I've heard calling in can speed things along...

Word is you need to play innocent and call in asking what's taking so long.

They always divert resources to other areas at this time of the year.
