So currently I have a suspended ebay account due to defects I didn't the best feedback anyway I would really like to just start a new account rather than fight....I have a good friend who is out of state who has agreed for me to use their social and bank account info and phone number to make an account which is great....

My questions

I don't have a problem accesing my ebay account on public wifi but I think it may look bad if I go on public wifi all the time near my place...
So I could either use a VPN or VPS. I have heard that when you use a VPN your IP will appear as the VPN's IP. Now if a suspended seller has also used the VPN your in trouble 100% I have heard of a dedicated VPN where the IP is only for you. The problem with this however is that the VPN may always be in a different place than where my friend lives. Does anyone know how to set up a Dedicated VPN at my friends place? Also can ebay flag you just for realizing that an IP is a VPN?

I have bought a new laptop as well to eliminate the risk of Canvasing

How foolproof is a VPS

Can ebay recognize you from your typing pattern or writing style?
Any reports of this?

Do not use their social and bank details.....

That is such a very very bad idea and leads to so many complications

Like James said, never ever do that.

Why not just create an account on your own if you want to start selling again?

This way you are not jeopardizing your friend's info.

To answer the one question you asked, you can use Softether VPN Server to set up a VPN server at your friends house and then use Softether Client to connect to the VPN from anywhere with an internet connection. Your friend would have to have the computer with the server software (or whatever is used) turned on any time you want to connect. There are tons of tutorials out there and it's not very hard to do.

Everyone else is right in that you definitely should not use your friends information. Someone else's bank account AND social? That's just dumb lol.

Consider first improving your selling practices, then get an EIN and form an LLC so you can proceed as a business rather than using another person's identity.
