I want to buy an eBay/PayPal account but i have some questions

1. Would i be able to use it straight away without ssn or ID ??

2. Would i be asked for my ssn ?? And what should i i do when my ssn is required ??

3. How do i withdraw the money i make from my ebay sales ??

These are questions best asked to the seller you want to buy from

You won't need a SSN though

To withdraw you add your bank account and withdraw

Agreed. Just make sure you get them from the sellers that are verified in our marketplace.
